Hotel San Carlos is the name of the hotel, not Hotel San Marcos as others seem to have named the hotel. What can I say, it's an amazing place. The setting is amazing, the bar, the private areas, the chandeliers, it's all truly beautiful. The entertainment is wonderful when hanging out with friends. This is truly a great place.

Didn't get a drink here or stay very long but the rating is for the look of the place, very chill and great window seats! and also for the kindness of the manager/owner.  My friend and I parked at a meter in front and only had change for 20 min.  he was kind enough to give us $2 in change which was more than enough to run and get dinner around the corner.  Mind you we weren't even customers in the bar, just standing out on the sidewalk.  This is a rare occurrence in LA in my experience. Definitely coming back to have a drink here sometime and then I can write a review on the drinks!
