The bartenders put on a show, but to me it always seems like they're more intent on showing off for the ladies than pouring drinks. It's the kind of... (more)

by Meredith E. on This place is great, just wish there was more seating. The service is fun and very friendly. We had a cheese and meat plate. It was really good, but the best is the chicken salad, it is amazing! I could eat it every date. Everything is super fresh.
by Eric C. on During my recent, short three-day trip to Los Angeles, I only had one night to hit up a club with my fiance, and and I'm glad we spent it at Boulevard3. This was our first time here, and we were swayed by some prior rateclubs reviews to check it out. Cover is $20 for both sexes, and you can get on the guest list right on their website. Being just the two of us (like it ALWAYS seems to be...), we didn't bother getting table service, but luckily it didn't put a damper on our experience. We immediately got drinks at the outdoor bar by the two small reflecting pools and "floating" fireplace, then walked inside to see yet another fireplace, a friendly girl serving free berries with chocolate fondue (!!!), and another bar. Oh, and did I mention if fruit isn't your thing you can step back outside to get a hold of some free tacos? The decor and ambiance of the outside area and "library" bar area alone made this place one of the most uniquely designed nightclubs I've ever seen. Once you walk past the fondue-serving hottie and down a few steps, you're in the main room--complete with a larger-than-normal dance floor, a catwalk-style platform for go-go dancers, yet ANOTHER (larger) bar, and two floors of VIP tables. As I mentioned, we didn't get table service, but were pleasantly surprised by the availability of seating that anybody could use in and around the library bar area. That bar even had chairs at, something else you never see at clubs. The DJ did an on-par job of keeping everyone moving, on and off the dance floor, and prices were nothing outrageous from what I remember. However this *was* after spending a straight week in Vegas, where you expect everything to be on the high side. So maybe it was just cheaper by comparison! At some point in the near future when we actually move out to the LA area, I definitely see Boulevard3 as somewhere we'll frequent regularly. If nothing else, I couldn't have come up with a better way to redesign an old fitness club myself.
by Blaine Lovick on Does it get any better than this, music, drinks and bootie, but wait all in one place. Yup, the name pretty much says it all. Don't take my word for it, check it out......
