quesadilla was awesome. so were the nachos. but the tacos are wayyy over priced.  if you get tacos "nicks way" you're paying $4.50 per taco - only 4 bites -  worth it o try once, but i'll stick with the quesadilla.

Trudy's....oh Trudy's. I find myself thinking that more often than not when I am need of a place to eat. Today, had a chance to spend an afternoon with the BF sans children. OMG?! What?! Really?! I almost peed my pants in excitement when I realized I had a whole afternoon potentially looming ahead to relax and hang out with my favorite adult. We got there around 1ish, it was packed, of course. We sat at the bar, and got 10% off our bill no less. Whoot. The drinks were good, I had the Ruby Red margarita, my standard for a Sunday Trudy's trip. It was not as good as the ones I have had at the burnet/183 location. But good. The bartender was nice and served us well as our waiter. I got chicken flautas, and now at 6 pm I am still stuffed full. The BF had the Hondo burrito with cheese and brisket and swore that was the best burrito he had ever had. A great trip. I like this location, it was my first time there. Thanks Trudy's!

Delux makes good burgers, but you probably figured that out already. They also have good fries (sweet and regular potato thank you very much). They are kinda expensive. If I have to compare it to something I would compare it to California Pizza Kitchen. Better than a regular Pizza, but probably not worth the cost.
