I'm an anonymous regular, going on about 5 years now. *hangs head in shame* This is my breakdown of bOb: 1) Depending on what night/what DJ, generally great music 2) A place for you to DANCE not stand around and talk 3) It's a bit small, a bit dirty and gets ridiculously crowded at times 4) When it gets crowded, it gets really hot... 5) Great place for a hook up if you're not too picky 6) Great vibe! If you don't know what I mean by that, it's not the place for you! It's a great, low key place to listen to some hip-hop and rap (old and new) and reggae. Depending on the crowd/DJ he will play more of one than the other. Please don't come here if you want to just stand around. It's a place for dancing! If you can last through the night, the crowd changes and clears out after awhile. It's one of my favorite places because of that. If you're afraid to get your shoes stepped on, don't like invasion of privacy and want some nice decor -don't come! If you want a cool place to chill out, grind on a stranger, and leave with or without a partner, I recommend it! If anyone can tell me of another place that has the same vibe...please let me know!

Yes, hands down my favorite place to see a show in the city. Very intimate and good acoustics. I debated about giving this a four though because as a friend put it on Saturday night, their booking agent sucks. Why waste this venue on such crappy music lately. Please get a clue. Talk to to the people at the Indy.
