I've racked some serious miles up at this place...many a house parties mainly 2nd Sunday circa '99...can you ask for a better venue? great spot with a liquid view, sure the dancefloors could be bigger and the bathrooms could be cleaner but this is a place to lace up your kicks and put it down. It's been a minute since I've frequented this place so enjoy the view atleast.

This is an interesting establishment.  Basically, it's decorated in an old burlesque house motif.  And then to heighten the authenticity, they pack it full of shoulder to shoulder Asian people . . . wait, that's not authentic!  I was lied to!!!  Damn you Rouge!!!  Damn you!!!!! Okay, I had a decent time.  It was fairly packed (but I've seen worse), bartenders were friendly and prompt, drinks were reasonably priced (compared to other clubs) and decently made, music was standard top-40's hip hop, and the crowd was pretty hyped.  I spent the night dancing with my GF and a large group of our friends.  Throughout the night, a rotating parade of single guys circled our group like sharks, looking for 2 girls that made the unfortunate mistake of dancing with each other, instantly indicating that they were ripe targets. Not that that's a unique characteristic of Rouge, but it's an interesting social phenomenon to observe.
