Your typical top 40's night club.  I came here twice after I first moved to New York, and it was a bit of a shocker finding that I was paying nearly 15 bucks for cocktails served in a plastic cup.  But hey, it's New York, and if you're willing to look, you'll find other places that have more of a theme and possibly a little more room on the dance floor.  One of the weird things I remember about this place was how it was small at first, but later they opened another section of  the dance floor.  They should have had it opened from the beginning instead of going from cramped to cramped.  Do a little research and find another venue to throw your event.  Strata doesn't cut it.

Thursday nights @ Hiro are quite possibly the most fun nights in NYC.  Tons of eye candy, great music and dancing, and you can smoke inside which I always appreciate.  Beware of overly-forward guys though, I got almost licked.  Drinks are effing expensive, so find a hottie to buy them for you :)
