Marketing had the right idea by opening the Academy of Science for young adults. There is always something cool going on and there's drinks and exhibits! My personal fave is the Filipino oceans exhibit! Woot woot! And it's a great place to go with a group of people. Get there early so you can see everything and find parking!

Anja/Buddha Bar whatever you want to call it - I like it. Its a beautiful space and I great place to go with a group (you can all share that way). side note: The drinks are delicious so don't be shy to just sit in the bar! This place has gone through some changes and I haven't eaten there since the shuffle.. so no updates on food. One thing you can be sure of is a trendy space and a $15 cocktail. If you're not up for that try elsewhere.

Like the stars say WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO! ! ! This is a TRUE underground spot! The DJ's are AMAZING. The beers are cheap! The SCENE unrealistic- which is a cool thing (you can find anybody here). I've seen some awesome acts here and attended some great parties at this venue. The one that sticks out of my mind this year was the party with Questlove (the drummer from the Roots) he dj'ed the entire night (until the lights came on, heckkkkkk yeahhhhhh) AMAZING! MJQ, is definitely the place to have a great time. YOU will surely break a sweat on the dance floor and meet some wonderful people. MJQ, the place to BE!
