Went here for the first time this weekend for a party.  Would not recommend it for large groups, but will definitely be going back with small groups!  Food was excellent.  Service was friendly but unfocused and disorganized.  The band was amazing.

The first time I went was when it was really new and we had just come from another event and decided to try Kress.  The crowd outside was pretty intense, but we got in without waiting that long.  Since we went there on a whim, we didn't know we were supposed to fanangle wristbands to gain access to the roof, so we weren't allowed up and hung out in the basement (the dance floor) instead.  It was average - typical club look... not really decorated that nicely... We spent maybe 20 minutes there.  Getting out of that parking lot on a Saturday, however, is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I knew the drill the second time I went, so we got wristbands and went straight to the roof.  Now I know what the hype is all about!  It was like an entirely different club - really nice cabanas, bright couches.  The view, amazing.  I'd recommend this place for a birthday if you can get a cabana! The only downside - you gotta climb like eight flights of stairs in your 4 inch heels to get up to the roof.  OR you can wait for the tiny stank elevator and cram in with 20 other people. The roof gets 5 stars, but since the club is supposedly a four story megaclub, I give it 4 as a whole.

I had never really made a point to try Rosa Mexicano, but I went with a group of 10 on Friday for lunch. We waited about 10 minutes, which was unbelievably quick compared to the other places at Atlantic Station that our work group has tried to go to during lunch. The decor is upscale and interesting - there's a really cool wall of water in the middle of the restaurant with tons of tiny white male figures diving down the wall. They make guacamole table-side and it comes with chips and these cute mini tortillas.  I had the Mexican version of the Cuban sandwich and it was huge! It came with sweet potato fries, which were quite possibly the best I have had. Everything about the sandwich was great, and I was able to take home half of it for another meal. Rice and this weird, black bean puree were included for everyone at the table. They also apparently have an ice cream festival (selection of a few different ice creams) but I was too full to try that. Our service was also superb for such a large group. One of my coworkers hates cheese, and of course, everything he ordered came covered in it. Our waitress immediately returned the food back to the kitchen and was super nice - even apologizing and taking the blame. I will go back, but with the plethora of cheap, authentic Mexican restaurants in town, I doubt it'll be any time soon.
